Task to complete for release

• Remove dependency on rainbow ( it's the colors ) micah "foo".red "bar".green
• Gracefull failure when libs are not there ( e.g. notifier ) micah
• Extract all shell commands so that it's easer to mock micah
• Merge candelabra and eventcmd.rb exes micah
• Make sure the installer is working for both OSX and Ubuntu ( pianobar only ) cajun
• Create control file during install fifo file cajun
• Create config file ( ask for username and password for pandora ) cajun
• -- Figure out how to get the station id micah
• Move config file into the dir ( NOTE: save an existing one ) ./config/pianobar/config cajun
• Clean up install process cajun

NOTE: This release is only for 1.9.2 future release will be for 1.8.7, 1.9.2 and JRuby
