Creating new files inside st/ submodule causes failures in CI environment
* remove struct fb_var_screeninfo * remove FBIO SCREENINFO ioctls definitions * use struct fb_info instead of struct fb_var_screeninfo

This PR imports st (suckless's simple terminal) as a submodule in
contrib/stdirectory. All the introduced patches are based on the source code from #1341.
