Release v0.12

This version includes:

• batchrelionsubtomo2ChimeraX.py, batch version of relionsubtomo2ChimeraX.py but it will generate the loading script for all the tomograms, so you don't need to input the tomogram name. It is convenient but can be very messy if you have a lot of tomograms. (Tested).
• batchdynamotable2ChimeraX.py, batch version of dynamotable2ChimreaX. (Not tested but should work)

Release v0.11

• Now compatible with Relion 3.1 star file using flag --relion31
• Fix the index problem for star file unsorted by rlnTomoName/rlnMicrographName
