This PR adds some code to test data specimen construction to ensure that test data is always at the end of a heap allocation. This ensures that if we read past the end of the allocation without using a blessed
//go:nocheckptrfunction, we see a crash. Seeinternal/testdata.go:snapBytesfor more information on how this is implemented.
