This lumps a load of fixing typos and grammar to make these course docs easier to read.
I didn't full-on edit any phrasing or grammar, but made minimal changes for clarity and readability. Things like spelling fixes, adding missing prepositions, and stuff like that.
I resisted adding commas, though many could be added for clarity, too. :)
