This is a modified version of the BicMix software by Chuan Gao. BicMix implements a Bayesian sparse factor analysis model for biclustering that finds two sparse low dimensional matrices that capture sparse covariance structure (e.g., subclusters of genes and samples) in a response matrix (e.g., gene expression data).
