Thanks for the wonderful package for EQTL analysis. I am beginner in genomic analysis and wondering about the biological interpretation of b_g, b_i, and b_gi values. I have run ieQTL analysis for 2 groups (1-2, then mean centred) and found few ieQTLS with p_val_adj < 0.05 which has different signs for beta values, for example b_g = 0.09 , b_i = -0.22 and b_gi = 0.43. Can you please give some advice , how to interpret them ? Your help is highly appreciated.
