Is there a maximum number of cells allowed for the reference group in InferCNV? I ran InferCNV twice, once with 17 samples as reference group and another time with 47 samples as the reference group. While InferCNV successfully ran and created plots for 17 samples, the final plot after running 47 samples lacked the reference group plot in the upper portion of the plot, and I am suspecting that there were too many cells to be plotted in the reference group?
Is there an optimal number of cells in the reference group?
Thank you.
