It updated my plate name correctly, and because I was doing Z projection, it used the replaced plate name in setting up all the new folder structures (which- THANK YOU), but the CSVs were still put in a folder with the un-adjusted plate name.

A chat in Slack re-upped this - it would be nice to have this as well in case of wanting to analyze two replicates of the same plate and designate them as ie "BR000000A" and "BR000000B"
