Is F1 Driver of the Day correlated to ΔPosition?

Driver of the Day is a fan vote for which driver on the F1 grid performs with the most favor of the viewers, every race. It started in 2016 and has continued into the 2021 season of Formula 1. Though, throughout the data there are several trends that appear to be predictive. So the question: is the amount of positions gained over a race strongly correlated to the Driver of the Day?
