- Higher profile crew have a bigger impact on your ability to build vehicles, research new tech.
You are on the hook to manage:
- Whether to go public or launch in secret. Balance risks and rewards.
- Hire, fire crew members to suit your needs.
- Promote high profile crew to program manager.
- Set high-level directions for the KSC through a program manager.
The mod aims to enrich the story while self-managing as much as possible. Players can, if their choose, override the process and try to get kerbals do do certain things.
