Added infrastructure to get all the results out. Added notebooks for reproducible result plots (loading agents from hugging face).
@cboettig Sorry for the long one 😬 ! There was a lot of non-linear progress and only now did I feel like it came to a natural merging point. We can go through the important changes on our Friday meeting if you want!
