great idea to store this, can we have a working group for Curriculum tho instead of putting it in codeyards?

lets be less opinionated in the repo, even tho we made this comment in the discord

In the repo just say "Candidate for publishing decentralized web curriculum: "
not that its great :-)

(in general if you ever start reviewing submissions to the aozora repo always remove any adjectives like great, or terrible - no opinions should be checked in)
