The build failure on Python 3.13 is because TheKevJames/coveralls-python#523 causes coverage to be downgraded to 6.5. However, the version of pytest-cov we are using requires at least 7.0. |

This adds testing on Python 3.13. Due to TheKevJames/coveralls-python#523 we have to exclude Python 3.13 from our coverage checks, though.
