Drop no longer working badges from the readme

* Travis batch does no longer make sense as we no longer use Travis. The Github actions build status is shown on the Github UI anyhow, so we don't need a badge for that.
* Requires.io batch broke and, as we get PRs for security-relevant updates and otherwise only update requirements on demand, it doesn't give too helpful information either.
