ESWITCH v0.3 - Switch between EGA and Tandy Video II

Based on VSWITCH by Jeffrey L. Hayes.
Please see VSWITCH.DOC for further information.

Requirements: a Tandy 1000 with 768k and Tandy Video II (TL and later)
              an EGA card

Usage: ESRES (install resident portion)
       ESWITCH (switch between EGA and Tandy video)
       
An EGA daughterboard can be used to route Tandy video to the EGA output,
allowing a single monitor to be used.
