[PM-44035] Inline/Popup autofill broken in Chrome and Edge when address bar is set to bottom

Steps To Reproduce

1. Ensure Chrome or Edge mobile browser is installed and Bitwarden Autofill Service is enabled (Settings → Auto-fill → Auto-fill Services → Autofill Service).
2. In the browser settings, change the address bar position from top to bottom.
3. Navigate to any website login page.
4. Tap on the username or password input field.
5. Observe the Bitwarden inline password field displayed above the keyboard.
6. Switch Bitwarden's autofill method to Popup (Settings → Auto-fill → Auto-fill Services → toggle off "Use Inline Autofill"), then repeat steps 3–4.

Expected Result

· When the browser address bar is set to the bottom, the Bitwarden inline password field should display matching login credentials above the keyboard, and tapping a credential should fill the form fields correctly.
· When using the Popup method, the autofill suggestion overlay should appear when an input field receives focus, remain visible long enough to be tapped, and fill the credentials upon selection.

Actual Result

· Inline autofill: The inline password field above the keyboard either stays completely blank (shows empty ghost cells) or fails to recognize input entirely. Sometimes credentials appear but cannot be selected or filled.
· Popup autofill: The popup password field either disappears before you can click on it or does not show up at all.
· Both behaviors occur consistently on Chrome and Edge when the address bar is positioned at the bottom. The issue does not occur when the address bar is set to the top.

Hi, my issue reproduction steps are the same as those described above, but I need to change the Edge browser address bar location to the bottom to reproduce it.You can also check in my answer in #7229

When the browser address bar is set to the bottom, the inline password field either stays blank or doesn't recognize the input. The pop-up password field either disappears before you can click on it or doesn't even show up at all. You can verify this yourself.
