[PM-43426] Identity title doesn't get synced correctly between android and other clients

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create/edit an identity item on android
2. Select a title

Expected Result

The translated title should be used for both selecting and viewing (identity name). Also the title should stay selected on all clients.

Actual Result

When viewing the item only the English title is used for the identity name both on android (title case: Mr) and on other clients (uppercase: MR). On clients other than android no title is selected although being displayed when viewing (English) and selected on android. This also happens on the android side when selecting a title on other clients, but with the translated title being displayed when viewing on all clients.
