Formating for pycharm?

Pycharm has tendency to complain a lot about formating
in this case it is exceptions.py

i believe there is way to set a comon formating for all contributors (and add it to contributing guidlines or do it something like pydantic does it (they have a cli job that invokes formater and you are done)
