An element initialized before one of its ancestors receives
hx-ignorekeeps its existing event listener and can still issue requests. Check the current ignore state when the listener fires so dynamically addedhx-ignoretakes effect immediately. Removing the attribute also takes effect without reprocessing the element.Fixes #4061.
