Updated the hosted authentication documentation to clarify the deprecation of `authToken` and the introduction of `X-Auth-Token` and `X-Store-Hash`. Adjusted information about token generation and invalidation.

Thanks for the PR! I think it looks great overall. The only thing remaining is #1130 (comment) as I think it's better to be crystal clear about the storefront apis would still using authToken at this stage. We are only deprecating the authToken in server to server apis
