Bug description

I just upgraded to Herd 2.0 and it configured Claude Code as an AI provider without my consent.

I tried to disconnect it by clicking the "Disconnect" button. It swapped to a loading animation for a second, and then continued to say "Disconnect". The integration was not disconnected, and restarting Herd did not fix it.

Steps to reproduce

Hey, Herd just displays your connected Claude Code from your CLI and this is why you can not disconnect. This would disconnect you from your Claude Code command line.

There is no connection between Herd and Claude Code or any API, it would just fire up Claude via the Claude SDK in your command line if you're using an AI feature of Herd. If you don't use one, nothing happens.
