I am working with @yoe on a new design for sreview, the tool used at FOSDEM and DebConf for video postproduction.
FOSDEM 2018 saw the fastest workaround in releasing presentation videos I've ever seen. That was made possible by sreview.
The idea behind sreview is neat: instead of having a video team reviewing all videos to make sure they are fit to be published, get each speaker to review their own. Less work for all involved, done faster!
In this wiki you can follow our design process, which is based on iterative prototyping and validation with users.
