Changes prior archive

It seems that this project is not being maintained anymore, so before archiving this repo, this PR:

• closes a lot of open PRs and issues
• adds go.mod/sum for traceability of working dependencies and versions
• updates the README to indicate that it has been archived
• fixes a minor issue with footers/headers - Closes 网页显示有问题 #3

Once applied this PR, this repo could be archived
