Hi @bcmcpher
we would like to try how long it takes for this app t run without the parpool. Currently, the parpool seems to be overflowing the memory of a couple of clusters.
If possible to make a new branch to test this, please do the following:
(1) Reject this pull request
(2) Create a new branch "parpool-test"
(3) will then pull request into that branch and we can keep the App on brainlife as is, pointing to master but make a new compy to test the parpool.
How doe sit sound?
