An alpha release for version 0.4.0

The release contains the following addition:

• Routing attributes for controllers

Note: This release contains breaking changes and may break existing code using controllers. Please view the wiki's controller tutorial on how to update your controllers to reflect on the new feature, as it was impossible to keep backward compatibility for this one.
