Standard bullet tracer effect.
Color of this effect is determined by tracerred, tracergreen and tracerblue cvars,
opacity by traceralpha, speed by tracerspeed, distance from the startpoint where the tracer will appear by traceroffset and finally length by tracerlength cvar.
