Updates Riak KV:

  • Bumps version of leveled (to include monitoring of ledger cache effectiveness);

  • Strong checking of empty objects for both allow_mult cases (without a crash of the vnode);

  • Tictac AAE by default to repair only between primary partitions

  • Refactor of object selection during GET process (with HEAD requests) to make this more deterministic in test
