Several features of opis/closure use features deprecated in PHP 8.4:

PHP Deprecated:  Opis\Closure\unserialize(): Implicitly marking parameter $options as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable type must be used instead in /Users/kix/Documents/Code/eversource/vendor/opis/closure/functions.php on line 32

Bumping the lib version resolves the issue. PHP version was also bumped since lates version, 7.4, reached EOL in 2022.
