ES6 rewrite, drop Lethargy and most dependencies

• dropped Lethargy dependency to move that responsability back to userland
• dropped object-assign, bindall-standalone depencies
• rewrote as an ES6 class
• added built library (in lib folder) so it can be used without build step or with CDNs
