Create new release on github by @halx99

1. Commiting change log, commit message Version x.x.x, the ci will auto publish to github release page
2. Edit github release page, add financial sponsors list

Promotion to simplified chinese community by @halx99

1. Save release notes to local file: release-x-x-x-cn.md
2. Download package from github release, and upload to bandu cloud disk
3. Add bandu cloud disk download link to release notes file
4. Add SourceForge download link to release notes file, the sourceforge download link generated automatically (I'm not sure) several hours, link format: https://sourceforge.net/projects/axmol-engine.mirror/files/v2.7.0/ (Notes: the axmol sourceforge mirror not been mantained or updated by axmol community, maybe they are auto grab release notes from axmol github release page and abount 1 hours delay)
5. Translate release notes to simplified chinese via AI platforms (Microsoft Copolit or others)
6. Publish to oschina, weixin public platform maintained by simdsoft, blog.csdn.net, zhihu, tencent cloud developer community, juejin.cn
7. Share publish to wexin moments, sina webo
