iCSS ToxCast Dashboard to Spreadsheet

Merge multiple assay data files from iCSS ToxCast Dashboard into a single spreadsheet.
This spreadsheet is compatible with the ToxPi program.

Download and Usage

1. Download a zip of all files using the green Clone or Download button.
2. Extract zipped folder to location of choice.
3. Start program by running main.py in the src folder - This will open a simple GUI.

Note: When saving files the program does NOT add .csv as file type. This must be typed manually in the save dialog.
