Implement FalkorDB GraphStore.init() to idempotently create lexical-graph indexes (entityId, factId, statementId, topicId, chunkId, sourceId, and Entity.search_str) to support performant ingestion, with tenant-scoped label handling and existing-index detection to avoid duplicate-create errors.
