Description of changes:

Will be in draft until Go code for ESDK is merged. CI is not expected to pass as of now.

Same as #706 but:

  • Its into the mainline branch
  • This PR adds CI for test vectors
  • I have added new make file target name purge_polymorph_code because CI also needs to remove CompanionStruct_Default___ from shim. Now _polymorph_go runs purge_polymorph_code
  • Will check in polymorph code.
