📋 Changes
This PR adds a step to the test composite action to restore (and save if needed) the dependencies used by the Swift Package Manager. Which is necessary because the
CwlCatchExceptionand theCwlPreconditionTestingpackages used by Quick & Nimble can no longer be installed using Carthage, and were thus added to the Xcodeproj using the Swift Package Manager in #859.
