PCG Tool for Building Racks Cluster

Racks cluster has 5 components:

1. Cluster: It is made of multiple racks placed in rows and columns.
2. Rack: A single rack is made using Rack Frame and Rack Tray based on rack rows and columns
3. Tray: On each tray of a rack, we place pallets.
4. Pallet: On top of each pallet, we place boxes.
5. Box: Boxes are kept on top of a pallet in randomised order.
