[Feature] Implement X-Super-Client and X-Super-Contact

What problem does it solve

As per helldivers2.dev Issue #94 X-Super-Client will become mandatory after a short grace period. X-Super-Contact is an option field that can be sent along to help contact devs in the case that there is breaking changes or issues that need to be addressed to the client app devs.

What is the solution

Implement the X-Super-Client header and optionally X-Super-Contact header.

This allows the helldivers2.dev developer to identify this applications and contact you, the developer, when implementing breaking changes or if the apps is causing / having any problems.
