This PR removes the custom authentication and secret rotation functionality from the Azure Service Bus pump project. In the past, before the new Azure SDK, there was need to have custom authentication for managed identity and to have a way to keep track/rotate secrets. With the new Azure SDK, this is no longer needed and can be removed entirely.
