We remove the DTP default token spec. We expect
sre-capabilities.dtplabel to always hold the value of the token spec to be used.Note, required OSDFM change got recently merged https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/osd-fleet-manager/-/merge_requests/872 - we are now waiting for change to get into production and for label values to get applied.
Regularly confirming locally if this works - until then, this remains in draft mode.
