The default configuration and the configuration page described claude-code-local's source_root as the directory Claude Code keeps its files in, ~/.claude. The collector reads the value as the projects directory inside it, which is what the container image page sets and what the default resolves to. Set to ~/.claude, it found no sessions; set to ~/.claude/projects, it found them.
