[Doc] Update new supported spark functions

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

This PR use to update doc for new supported functions which i added before but forget to update vexlox-backend-support-progress

raise_error,
width_bucket
transfrom_keys /* partial support,
transfrom_values /* partial support

@PHILO-HE please also help mark it done in issue of unsupported function list if have.
