Why are the changes needed?
Close #3448.
It is meaningful to display the total number on paginated web pages when the amount of data is large.
Although total number of tables is displayed on Overview Web, the total number of filtered query result(such as Optimizing/Tables) is still missing. Web Tables/Files and Tables/Optimizing also have similar issues.
How was this patch tested?
Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
