Summary of Changes

  1. Create replicasets for standard validator and deploy them after the bootstrap. They do not connect yet since the we still need replicaset services for the validators to talk to each other
  2. Add in expected shred version to validator startup command. this is taken from genesis
  3. Set environment variables so validators know how to connect to bootstrap
  4. Add validator sol flags for validator sol and stake
