I rebuilt all the elf tests for V0 and V3 with the new toolchain. I also included the missing tests in
tests/execution.rsand the new linker script.v1.44 is not yet out there, but I used Rustc from this commit to re-build everything.
That commit will likely be the one for v1.44 release. There is a chance I can have this PR in as well, but it only touches on the CI configuration.
