This PR resolves #30 by adding a patch to support the AlliedVision driver for the following configuration:
2 configurations are provided in the patch, one supporting all 4 camera outputs at 2-lanes, and another supporting just the 3 outputs capable of 4-lanes. Both configurations were tested using 3 Alvium 1800 series cameras capable of both 2 and 4 lane CSI.
Also included is a guide detailing how to install the modified driver, as well as documenting the process for creating a customised device-tree. Whilst neither perfect nor comprehensive, I thought it useful to provide some documentation for the process, as a way to provide support for others creating their own custom projects based on this open-source design.
