Many pipelines have recently been failing with license errors at the "solve" step of System Coupling in the context of tests and Sphinx Gallery runs.
Some environment variables to modify license-related timeouts were suggested to us and they appear to have had a positive effect based on some preliminary testing.
There is also an issue with the current mapdl image because of changes in the images that have been pushed. We now need use use a "cicd" variant for it to work on a GitHub runner.
