[FEATURE]: Option to hide diffs in TUI output

I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

If reviewing diffs inline isn't your workflow, eg because you review them via git diff or whatever, it just adds a lot of noisy content to the terminal.

An option to collapse diffs (and an option to make collapsed the default) would be a more advanced version of this feature; hiding completely would be lower hanging fruit and good enough for some users (eg me).
