映画のソフト化をOVAと勘違いした可能性が高い
オリジナルビデオとして企画制作されたものだが、劇場でも公開もされた。今回の原稿を書きはじめてから気がついたのだけれど、劇場公開が1985年４月27日で、ビデオのリリースが５月10日。劇場公開の方が先だった。第269回「ＯＶＡの時代始まる」で、通常のＯＶＡとしてリストに入れてしまったが、劇場公開の方が先なら『BIRTH』や『VAMPIRE HUNTER D』と同様に劇場作品として扱うべきだった。
