  • add option to output to mardown
  • mardown should have the same information/content as html version
  • rename repo? (aml2doc?)

TODO:

  • merge master in this issue branch and fix conflicts after recent refactoring
  • update to display primary, secondary and index links in generated Markdown
  • add tests for new functionality
  • rename repo? (aml2doc?)
