Amber Syntax file for Kate

Put the amber.xml in the folder based on the KDE documentation.

Update syntax

The generate_syntax.py script needs to be place in the scripts folder in Amber, executed and automatically will generate the new file in the local user folder on Linux.
Uses the grammar.ebnf file to updates the list of keywords and builtin.
